1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using fetchdAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

fetchdAI is a Shopify application that helps merchants optimize their stores for AI search engines. The App provides AI readiness audits, structured data injection, LLMs.txt generation, AI citation tracking, and AI-powered product description rewriting.

3. Account and Access

You must have an active Shopify store to use fetchdAI. By installing the App, you authorize us to access the store data described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

4. Pricing and Billing

fetchdAI offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Shopify Payments on your regular Shopify billing cycle. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your Shopify admin. No cancellation fees apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute access to the App without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by fetchdAI. You retain ownership of your store data. AI-generated product descriptions created through the App belong to you once accepted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your store will be cited by any AI platform, or that citation tracking results are exhaustive. AI search optimization results vary based on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fetchdAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
